Remember. If you're against an assassin type like talon, zed, akali, lb or ahri and they CANT kill you in lane. You've already won. Just make sure your bot lane knows that your opponent is going to roam for butt touches.

• Zephyr [ W ] - Cooldown is now 12 seconds at all ranks (up from 12/11/10/9/8)

Kennen

• Lightning Rush [ E ] - Ability revamp:Kennen gains 10/20/30/40/50 Armor and Magic Resist,an enormous but rapidly decaying movement speed increase,and ignores unit collision for 0.5 seconds, dealing 85/125/165/205/245 (+0.6*AP) magic damage to any enemy he passes through (half damage to minions). 
  
  The duration of these effects is increased by 0.5s each time Kennen passes through a new target.

Quinn

• Base Range is now 550 (up from 525)
• Blinding Assault [ Q ] - Now blinds enemies for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds (down from 1.5 seconds at all ranks)
• Tag Team [ R ] - Ability revamp -
  First Cast: Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker. Valor can move through units and gains + 80/100/120 % Movement Speed, decreased gradually to + 5/10/15 % when in combat. 
  
  Second Cast: Quinn returns, replacing Valor on the battlefield, and also resetting the cooldown on Heightened Senses.

• Tag Team [ R ] - Cooldown is now 40/20/1 seconds (down from 140/110/80)

Ahri

Ahri is a mage carry champion that brings tons of damage and mobility to a team. She has a taunt and an incredible laning phase making her very valuable to any team she is on. Ahri is a pain to deal with in the mid lane. You will be calling out missing in action all game and Ahri will already be mid gank. 

Ganking: Ahri has a great ultimate that allows her to gank lanes with ease. Her ult combined with her taunt allows you to dash into lane and easily pick up kills. Be sure that you clear you mid wave before ganking and try to avoid any wards.

Counters: Do not chose Ahri in situations where she is countered. If the other team has picked these champions be careful in playing Ahri because the lane will be extremely difficult.

Kassadin

Kassadin is a mage champion that can gank lanes better than almost any other champion. He is equipped with a flash like ultimate and a silence making him one of the best assassins in the game. Kassadin can pick off targets and sway the game with ganks.

Katarina

Ever since they buffed her she has been out of control. She is a great pick that is able to stop nearly everyone in lane and completely own team fights if she gets a kill. Kat is really strong at the moment and definitely a great pick for carrying ranked games.
